[explorer] Missing transactions on address page

On the website and through the API cardanoexplorer does not provide a full list of transactions.

For example this address is missing this transaction. The balance seems wrong as well, cardanoexplorer says the balance is 475 ADA whereas adascan says 950 ADA. In fact, the actual sum of the all of the transactions displayed on cardanoexplorer is -2,850 ADA (obviously incorrect)
