Better IGV integration with GSvar

- [ ] Make use of the "currentGenomePath" port command (will be added in version 2.17.*) not working due to some concurrency problems in IGV

• Run port commands outside of the main thread to avoid the "Not responding" messages in GSvar
• Add information about a currently running port command to be displayed in GSvar (possibly in the progress bar)
• Refactor the code that uses socket connections for IGV
• Use different defaults for long-read BAM/CRAM than for short read
  • short-read uses: viewaspairs, colorBy UNEXPECTED_PAIR
  • long-read should use: colorBy STRAND, group PHASE
    • if possible also: Quick Consensus Mode, hide soft-clipped bases, hide indels < 10bp
