Bug Description

I stumbled upon this when looking at the contact module. One of the examples in MOOSE contact module has spurious stresses before contact. This example is in the gallery and didn't show these results. At some point this problem happened. There are no problems when coord_type = RZ is commented out.

Steps to Reproduce

Run modules/contact/examples/2d_indenter/indenter_rz_fine.i and observe the stress before contact.

Impact

Bad results, something wrong with contact and RZ.
