We have to temporarily let solidity-coverage skip the multi-ledger test with #29 because of incompatibilities with ganache 0.7.0 where the contracts cannot fetch the chain ID correctly using block.chainid, see issue #728.

After this has been fixed with a new release, we should reactivate solidity-coverage for this test.
