Error 'failed to edit security group' occurs when providing long description during group update

Expected behavior

System should not allow user to enter and save the description above a certain character limit. Character limit should be visible near the description box.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Log in to the App with valid credentials.
Navigate to Permissions tab.
Open any security group details.
Click on edit button at the top and fill in detailed description exceeding a certain character limit.
Attempt to save the security group description.
Observe the error message "Failed to create security group" displayed on the screen.
