Implement Job Count Display and Filtering for Duplicate Job Scheduling

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

To prevent unintentional job duplication and provide users with awareness, we propose implementing a feature that shows the job count when a job is accidentally scheduled twice. Additionally, we can introduce filtering options to help users identify and cancel unintended job occurrences easily.
