Product Scroll Up/Down Button Enabled When Only One Product Available in a Category (All, Counted, or Pending)

Current behavior

The scroll up/down buttons remain enabled, giving the appearance that more products can be navigated, even when only one product is present.

Expected behavior

The scroll up/down buttons should be disabled when there is only one product available in the selected category.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login the store view screens of app using store manager account.
In the assigned section, navigate to a category with only one product (e.g., All, Counted, or Pending).
Count the product and save its value.
Observe that the scroll up/down buttons to scroll the product gets enabled, even though no other products are available in the list.
