Create count FAB Icon Remains Open After Navigating Away and Returning to the Same Tab

Current behavior

The FAB icon options remain open when the user returns to the same tab after navigating away.

Expected behavior

The FAB icon options should automatically close when navigating away from the current tab/section and should not remain open when the user returns to the same tab.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Click on the FAB icon to reveal its two options.
Navigate to a different tab or section of the application.
Return to the original tab where the FAB icon was opened.
Observe that the FAB icon options remain open.
