ZHA Stuck on initialising

The problem

Two main issues.

• Firstly the config menu for ZHA doesnt load, just gives an error box. Found another issue about this, so it seems like a fix is on the way. However in the mean time i downgraded to Home Assistant 2024.10.2
• Secondly, the issue that caused me to notice the first one is that ZHA just is stuck on initialising indefinitely. Its been doing this for a while now, and I'm not sure when this started, only that it was within the last few months. I dont seem to be seeing any errors in the logs, and when i unplug the zigbee hub i am using, it does show up and failed to setup.

^^Been like this for the past few days.
