We currently just have "localhost" here:

clarinet/components/stacks-network/src/orchestrator.rs

Lines 174 to 177 in 1ad5ac8

stacks_explorer_host: "localhost".into(), // todo (micaiah)
bitcoin_explorer_host: "localhost".into(), // todo (micaiah)
subnet_node_host: "localhost".into(), // todo (micaiah)
subnet_api_host: "localhost".into(), // todo (micaiah)

If/when we implement the explorers/subnets in the devnet API, we'll need to update this.
