Summary

メニューバーから「地域を設定する」を追加
都道府県を最大3つまで(？)選択可能にする
APIで設定した地域のカフェを返すようにする

デフォルト設定の都道府県の表示方法検討
デフォルトのStoreとAllStoreをそれぞれどう保持するか？
