It would be handy to bulk-edit the contents of the search result page.

Currently in order to edit a record the user must be directed to the edit record page. Bulk editing would require that the user can edit a record while not leaving the search results page.

So, in order for bulk editing to exist we should first add support for editing records while on the search results page and then add support for editing in bulk.
