Under Review button

It would be cool if a revision or submission could be "checked out" by an editor, perhaps to notify other editors or authors that a statement is under review. Since these reviews can sometimes be quite lengthy, it would be a way to prevent duplicated effort.

Just throwing this idea out there to see what our interest is in supporting such a feature.

This seems reasonably straightforward to implement; basically like a flag.

A simple flag would be easy to add to the UI as well.
