Stock - Merge Quants Tools

This module merge quants, regarding new V11 design.

It is interesting to run it, after a migration from version < V11, if the function https://github.com/OCA/OpenUpgrade/blob/11.0/addons/stock/migrations/11.0.1.1/end-migration.py#L47 has been disabled.
