GRAP - Change Stock Views

Change default views for stock module.

• change the order of the model stock.picking (last picking displayed first)
• change the colors of the stock.inventory tree view.
• remove some button in stock.inventory form view.
• allow to view stock.inventory.line in tree view, even if the inventory is done.

give access to the menus

• "Inventory > Stock Management"

remove access to the menu:

• "Inventory / Operations / Scrapped"
• "Inventory / Operations / Reordering Rules"
• "Inventory / Operations / Compute only minimum stock rules"
