At the moment when a timeframe is selected (by dragging over a panel to select a start and end time, and look into them specifically), I don't see any visual cues communicating to me that I have selected a subset of the data available, and how to get back to the whole data set (from the beginning of the test to now).
Suggested Solution (optional)
We have discussed ideas to go around that concretely, to reflect some of them:
Build on the existing UI/UX
Add a clear visual cue that we're in a selected timeframe (subset) somewhere
Add a clear call to action to reset the view to the complete timeline somewhere
Align with Grafana UX, like Pyroscope did, and have a visual indication of the timeframe currently in use, and have the ability to select what the user needs: last minute, last 5 minutes, last 15 minutes, etc.
