@jlowepower has a really cool blog on getting Spectre v1 PoC to work on Gem5 (a open source micro-architecture simulator).

Any thoughts on getting this larger suite of PoCs to work with Gem5 ? It could be useful for hardware designers trying to design long-term fixes!

(I'm just relaying these from my Twitter thread, will let the team figure out what they want to do here.)
