Project templates creates logical folder rather than physical folder

Hello,

I tried using the project template. But though you have separated the swift files in folder structure inside the main template folder, on using the template, I didn't get physical folders "App" with swift files with in it.

Is making physical folder not possible or there is something wrong with the template.
