use known address dates to create imputed residential history address timeline in R
extend addr structure to include start and stop dates?
user function to create imputed address intervals to feed into this function based on known address dates
- arguments include lengths of time to assume addresses did not change prior to first known address (look-back) or after the last known address (look-ahead)
