Add (optional) export of go-cam models from stack AWS image to GitHub (or S3)

Currently, I believe, while the stack comes up, there was no option or instructions for exporting models from the running image to GitHub.

We will need this, only, in a production environment. The steps here could be complete optional automation of this feature using ansible, or just a manual set of steps in the documentation for adding the cronjob after the stack is up.
