As a player, I want to see which level I am currently in for each of the repositories I am playing in. I want to understand which rights and limitations are attached to the level I am currently in.
I want to also see how much more points I need to collect to level up to the next level and what the rights and limitations of the next levels are.
As a maintainer, I want to set custom levels to have freedom to design my game how i want it. These levels have unique names, badges (images) and point thresholds to cross to level up. I want to also be able to freely decide which rights I grant for which level. However, these rights are generally predetermined by whats possible within oss.gg, for example: “Can work on issues with bounties” Or “Can work on issues labeled with X”.
