Afghanistan flag is out of date

Wikipedia's page for the flag of Afghanistan lists the current one. They switched back to it in 2021 shortly after the Taliban regained power. It's the one with a black Shahada transcribed onto an otherwise pure white flag.

As it's probably already known to those who are familiar with this repository, contents here is reliant on the referrals and identifiers of Wikimedia Commons for flags of countries and regions. Currently, File:Flag_of_Afghanistan.svg redirects to File:Flag of Afghanistan (2013–2021).svg. This needs to be adjusted there before proceeding to update the content here. Please engage the editors community on Commons and update this issue here when that's addressed and I'll update the content here.

The flag after 2021 is now on Commons as File:Flag of the Taliban.svg.
