Sometimes it's useful to execute some commands using the notebook's state, but in an imperative way.
This idea is to provide a Pluto REPL in a cell output and allow the user to interact with a copy of the current workspace, in a way that does not intervene with the usual execution flow of the notebook - i.e. to "shell out" from the notebook/reactivity while keeping the state.
