I might be missing something but that GitHub source and the published NPM source doesn’t appear to be the same.

This is the latest version (that I see) on NPM/unpkg and I’m guessing it’s the version from years ago:

https://unpkg.com/browse/[email protected]/src/GraphemeBreaker.js

Does it need to be republished or am I missing something? Thanks.
