Would be nice to read some docs in addition to source code.

I know ;-) This is something I would have liked to do for quite some time but I do not really have time. And I can't generate a quick API documentation because sphinx autodoc doesn't work (because I define classes in functions!) ...

Nobody has time. Maybe there is something like ASCIIDOC (I don't know really) which setup is less burdensome?
