What happened? The eCFR links that point outside of the FEC's Title 11 jurisdiction are incorrect. For example, the link for "29 CFR §541.100" currently redirects to an incorrect URL: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-11/chapter-I/part-541/section-541.100#541-100.
What should have happened? The link for "29 CFR §541.100" should redirect to the correct URL: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-29/section-541.100.
This seems to be an ongoing issue affecting multiple links that reference CFR titles outside of Title 11.
