Summary

What we're after:
We are expecting a FR notice of availability to be posted this sprint. We'll need to update the pending rulemaking page when that happens.

Completion criteria

  • Pending rulemaking matters page is updated
  • Confirm if banner is needed and arrange with banner operator for the sprint
  • Make note to remove the page when the comment period expires
