Add instructions and/or command for publishing examples

Lately @njgheorghita has been gracious enough to keep the examples' manifests up-to-date on IPFS, but we shouldn't rely solely on him for this magic.

We should document how this process is done and possibly make a script to do it automatically. (Including maybe automatically updating the URI references in the examples)
