Some characters galleries can't be downloaded

Hello I have the desktop app downloaded, and I am having issues with some of my characters not having their galleries downloaded, especially if it's a tab. Yes, my main account (Lilina) is authorizing your toyhouse_downloader account, but I'm still having issues.
