We need to test Epinio upgrade through Rancher (Cypress).

EDIT: standby on this issue for now, as a new standalone UI should come in the next weeks. We will see if this issue is still pertinent after this release.

Maybe we need a test for epinio upgrades using cli first (helm upgrade)
