Add support for passing URLs to GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket repos to the workflow_url field. Implement it such that repos are cloned and files are then attached, in a spec-conforming way, to the workflow run requests sent to the remote services.

Note that this is a feature that is currently not explicitly supported by the WES specification.
