Remove hard-coded path and version for VM base image. #311

The VM base image name is hard-coded in pkg/platform/common/vmlayer/props.go via

var MEXInfraVersion = "5.0.0"
var ImageNamePrefix = "edgecloud-v"
var DefaultOSImageName = ImageNamePrefix + MEXInfraVersion

While the path is configurable via the cloudlet vm image path, the name and version are hard-coded as above, and should be also be made configurable.
