Description
When operating in the customer role I cannot select a partner when adding a new delivery
Current behaviour
When in the customer role in the "Add Delivery" dialogue no partner is shown that can be selected.
Expected behavior
When in the customer role the "Add Delivery" dialogue will allow me to select my partner, here: Semiconductor Producer
