Missing parameter GError** #39

I noticed that the functions miss parameters of type <GError*>, this is a problem because Gtk+ expects them to be NULL.

I think for now we can declare them as output parameters, like we do in gobject-introspection.

Anything that throws has an GError** parameter, I think.

We aren't handling that yet.
