Problem Statement

• when a bundle fails to publish, a pop up notification shows containing a link that redirects to the Publishing Queue
• this notification pops-up even when the user is already in the Publishing Queue

Steps to Reproduce

• push - publish a bundle that will fails
• go to Publishing Queue
• the notification will pop-up

Acceptance Criteria

• the notification should not pop up when the user is in the Publishing Queue
