Create Debian installer

We need to set up build pipelines and additional scripts for a Debian installer. The one from chat-gipity can be used but we also need to run the additional bash scripts in the scripts directory as well for setting up the service.

An additional note is that currently if you run permissions.sh it only takes effect after reboot. This would be a nice bonus to not require but is not a dealbreaker for this issue and could be a separate ticket.
