Broken edit link of cicdgen section #190

As a developer I want to find out the reason of the unreadable content in the "cicdgen" link and fix them so that the user can change the corresponding file.

Additional information:

This is a sub issue of the issue "Broken/missing edit links #171". In the main issue all the broken links in the website are fixed except for "cicidgen" in the documentation site. After the issue "Remove missleading information #155" is closed, we can start to fix the link of "cicdgen"
