As a devonfw architect, I want a good-looking website so that the user wants to use devonfw. Therefore the website should more look like the intended design https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/Q9SVP1BR8ZF#/screens/378078281
In this issue, the table of contents on the right side should be changed to tiles as shown in the mookup.
