Describe the bug
Multiple lines are getting displayed for same ide version and are in different state. Refer screenshot below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to settings -> installed versions
  2. Click on search for one ide version
  3. It will show multiple lines.

Expected behavior
Only one line should be displayed for same ide version and if multiple lines exists all should be in same state like all lines should show download button enable or update button enabled.
