The tutorial wiki generation involves some changes that has to be done for the tutorials.

The name of the function nextKatacodaStep has been changed to make it clearer that there is no functional content allowed.

  1. use a two level higher header for Prerequisites and Learning goals.
  2. the title ### create devon4j sample application, build devon3j sample application will be in the description text of the step, use the option to set a step title.
  3. change all links to asciidoc style syntax
