Compare Benchmarks for DHC on Java 11 vs 17

The current benchmarks run using the latest Docker edge image. No comparisons for performance have been done between different versions of the JVM.

Items for consideration:

• Running with artifacts built on one JVM version but running on another doesn't provide a full picture
  • Do a gradle recompile for deephaven-core for both versions?
• The deephaven artifacts do not record the JDK version they were built with in the MANIFEST.MF like apache artifacts
  • Though the Docker image uses JVM 17, the DH dependencies (and the apache ones) are compiled with JVM 11
• Do we compare brands like OpenJDK, Oracle, and Azul Zulu?
• Is it possible to install the new JVM into an existing docker build? (That would fit well into the benchmark workflow.)
