Blue retro Mini Playstation not working after firmware update

Hi there
I recently purchased the blue retro mini ps1/ps2 adapter and tried flashing it with the instructions included, and now it is stuck with both LEDs on and it is not discoverable. I already read this thread: ( #909) so I followed this guide: https://github.com/darthcloud/BlueRetro/wiki/Flashing-firmware-Windows-10
with the latest firmware available and with the settings as instructed but the receiver is still not working:

I tried version v24.04_hw1 as well as v24.10_hw1 but the result is the same, the device will not work as a receiver. (it was working before I erroneously flashed it following the wrong instructions)
Two questions:
Where could I get earlier compiled releases of the firmware for HW1?
What am I doing wrong?
(I already tried different ports, changing computers etc.)

Never mind I got a hold of this firmware:

and flashed it using the nodemcu pyflasher and that fixed it.
