[Discord Bot] - Stuck on "Sending"

One of my users informed me that the Requestrr Discord Bot is acting up, so I went in on my end to attempt to verify the error.
When I attempt to do "/request movie "Tenacious D", I get a message from the bot stating that it's "Sending". It has been like that for 10 minutes now.

I have Requestrr setup to run with Overseerr and this is the first time I am seeing this error.

Basically, from what I can tell on my end with barely any education on this topic. For some reason, Requestrr can't access Overseerr though the IP of:

192.168.1.242
localhost
or
127.0.0.1

And I have no idea why. Because I can access Overseerr by going to any of the

I have the same issue now, but i do not use overseerr
just hangs on sending

i fixed it by gettign the new version released a few days ago and setting up a new bot
