[REQUEST] Web-side Matchmaking

Plz add web-side public match making like FACEIT,CEVO or ESEA.
And here's suggestions to add matchmaking :

1. Manage SRCDS at web and DB side,likes get5-web.
2. Manages online user who is in queue

That’s a pretty good idea, I was going to add it to the Discord bot then have it create channels etc and only allow certain players to join. I think this needs to be looked at but we could make it work.
