Pull CSVs from https://github.com/python-organizers/conferences
Prepare csv that we can use to render a calendar
Use view: calendar

I am thinking that crosscompute-views-calendar should be a separate package.

Not sure yet whether all views will be separate or whether there will be a few batteries included views in the core crosscompute package.
