Persistent CrewAI Installation Issues Across Multiple Environments

I'm encountering consistent installation issues with CrewAI across different development environments:

Core Issue:

• ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tomllib'
• Package conflicts with protobuf versions
• Command recognition failures in Windows environments

Environments Tested:

1. Google Colab
2. Local VSCode
3. PyCharm
4. Windows Command Prompt

Steps Already Taken:

1. Clean installation in fresh virtual environments
2. Explicit installation of dependencies (tomli, protobuf)
3. Manual path modifications for tomllib
4. Installation with additional tools: pip install "crewai[tools]"
5. Multiple uninstall/reinstall attempts

System Details:

• Python: 3.10
• CrewAI Version: Latest (0.5.0)
• Operating System: Windows [Version]

Error Messages:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tomllib'

Dependency Conflicts: tensorflow-metadata requires protobuf <4.21,>=3.20.3
