Homework 2 Help

I'm having trouble getting started on how to answer question 2, would anyone be able to help? This is what I have so far but I'm unsure how to use the time to find the positions. Are we trying to find the final positions of A,B, and C after one full rotation or how the positions change with one full rotation?
