Context

As integrator, we would like that all LDevice@inst/LN0/DOI@name="Mod"/DAI@name="stVal" could be always updated whatever the presence or setting of valImport attribute. This evolution is for US #24 and #25.

US #24 and #25 are developed and deployed

Description

L'US #24 and #25 have to evolve.

We would like that LDevice@inst/LN0/DOI@name="Mod"/DAI@name="stVal" could be always updatable :

when valImport attribute is not present for LDevice@inst/LN0/DOI@name="Mod"/DAI@name="stVal" or into its whole branch in DataTypeTemplate
whatever the value "true" or "false" of any valImport attribute of LDevice@inst/LN0/DOI@name="Mod"/DAI@name="stVal"

Check that each LDevice@inst/LN0/DOI@name="Mod"/DAI@name="stVal" is always updatable whatever its valImport attribute presence and its valImport status
