Follow-up from #582 to keep it more manageable:

  • How to join: Concrete how and where
  • Hierarchy/steps:
    • helper
    • bring your team
    • co-teach
    • involve organizations
  • Subpages of "who we are", "Instructors and helpers", "Funding partners", "Training hubs"
  • define benefits and show how people can contribute
  • differentiate "tiers", e.g.: hackmd is available to partners, or an exercise review session is available

- complete rewrite
- removed outdated info about Carpentries and training hubs and
  in-person teaching
- merged the "training hubs" into this page
- review recommendation: read and look for wrong info, merge, iterate later
