z.B. https://www.muenchen-transparent.de/oparl/v1.0/paper/6108 hat als Wert für created -0001-11-30T00:00:00+01:00, d.h. in der DB steht 0000-00-00T00:00:00. Es sollten alle Datumswerte mit 0000-00-00T00:00:00 durch NOW() ersetzt werden.
